St Johnstone defeated leaders Hearts 3-1 in the Clydesdale Bank U19 League at the weekend as Darren Murray's side suffered only their third defeat of the season.  Goals from Ryan Hutchinson, Callum McConnell and Scott Gray had Alex Cleland's team in control and Hearts only managed a late consolation through Callum Tapping.??

Reigning champions Celtic are now just four points behind with two games in hand thanks to a 4-1 home victory over Kilmarnock.  Filip and Patrik Twardzik scored in the first half and Liam Gormley and Callum McGregor netted after the break. Killie's goal came from a trialist.??

A Sam Stanton goal gave third-placed Hibernian a 1-0 win at Dundee United and a Lee Erwin double earned Motherwell a 2-1 triumph at Dunfermline, who took the lead through Ross Millen.??

Bottom club Inverness C.T. claimed their first win of the season, beating Aberdeen 2-1 with goals from Andrew Skinner and Martin Laing after a Ryan Watson own goal had put the Dons ahead.  St Mirren and Rangers played out a goalless draw at McKenna Park.
